Multi-agency SEND eLearning
The Council for Disabled Children has an eLearning course: Holistic Outcomes in EHCPs which is available to multi-agency and social care staff
The eLearning covers:
• How aspirations act as the golden thread through the plan
• The importance of children and young people's voice throughout the plan
• What outcomes mean to children and young people, parents and professionals, and how we can bring these all together
• How advice bridges the gap between needs and outcomes
• How to write good SMART outcomes

The e-learning consists of 6 modules, each takes around 20 minutes to complete.
